In the future i will add some of my favorite walks here. I like to walk on my own in the local area.

Walk with Gonnie favorites include:
- around the Langeraarse Plassen
- around Nieuwveen
- along the Amstel river
- close to Alphen a/d Rijn
But i will also add some walks in South Limburg

Signposted routes i walked:
- Bethlehem route, 6 km from the Kromme Mijdrecht.
- Demmerik route, 12 km from Vinkeveen.
- Spoordijk Wilnis-Vinkeveen, 11 km from Wilnis,
   along the old railroadtrack to Vinkeveen.
   This route can be combined with the Demmerik route. It is that combination of 15 km on this page.

Favorite routes: (not signposted)
- Valkenburg, a walk from Valkenburg along the Geul to the Geulhemmer watermill.

Organised walks:
- Maastrichts Mooiste , 20 km from Maastricht at 10 june 2006.

- The 4th Egmond Wandel Marathon was organised at 27 and 28 january 2007, a short story about the 2 x 21 km.

- Maastrichts Mooiste , at 3 june 2007 a 20 km trip through the Savelsbos, the route and pictures can be found here.

- Dam to Dam Walk. At the 22nd of september 2007 we will walk the Dam to Dam route from the Dam in Amsterdam
  to the Dam in Zaandam. We choose the distance of 18 km.
- The 5th Egmond Wandel Marathon was organised at 26 and 27 january 2008, a short story about the 2 x 21 km.
  This year we walked together with Peter and Willeke.

- The 6th Egmond Wandel Marathon was organised at 24 and 25 january 2009, a short story about the 2 x 21 km.
  Again Peter and Willeke joined us. More info can be found at the official website of the Egmond Wandelmarathon. - During the Dam to Dam walk 2009 we walked again with Peter and Willeke.At the right is a short impresion of the
  event, which is almost a party. See the movie below. - The 7th Egmond Wandel Marathon was organised at 23 and 24 january 2010. This edition was very special because of
  the snow that fell during the night betweensaturday and sunday.The movie above gives a good idea of the atmosphere.
