At this page you will find some pictures of funny situations we encountered during our trips. With every picture is a short explanation.  This is a part of the rulebook of a hotel in Gyantse, Tibet. In july 2004 when we stayed there we didn't see any 'broken persons', maybe next time... In Japan they have their own way of using english. 
These two pictures show some difficult situations :-).Which garbage is burnable, better yet which garbage doesn't burn....... And how to know if you run a little? How long will it take when you run really fast?  Both pictures are made in Miyajima in Japan in 2001. Our southern neighbours the Belgians also know how to get on this page......  This mailbox in Brugge says in dutch: no mailbox.... And one week lasted longer than a month in 2004! This poster says a week is from 23 april to 31 may.   And how about this sign in a pub in Antwerp. Telephones or the bathroom? Madagascar. A beautiful country, but their english is not the best there is.  Be aware when stopping at this parking, you might break. In this national park, you can't throw cigaretbutts down to the ground, but how about in throwing them in the air?
